What does the name Ruda mean, and where did it come from?
Throughout the Vedas, the name “Rudra” is mentioned more than once. “Rudra” is the name of a violent storm, which is also known as a storm with strong winds and constant rain. Rudra questions whether Lord Shiva is really as cruel as he seems. He could be calm one minute and angry the next. He cares about people and is patient with them. He is the most important thing in the world. He is the beginning and the end of everything that came before him in its own form. This is what his followers think of him.
The Rudrabhishek Puja is the holiest and most beloved Hindu ceremony. It is done to make the gods happy. During the Rudrabhishek Puja, flowers and other gifts are used to give Lord Shiva a holy bath in his honour. The Rudrabhishek ceremony can be done on any day of the week or month, as long as it fits with the rituals and beliefs you follow every day. Even so, most of the time it is done in the month of Shravan.
